Velveeta Salsa Dip
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 ounces) jar favorite salsa sauce
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
Microwave cheese and sauce in 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe blow on HIGH 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable dippers.
